Coastal Towers Apartments is located on Flagler Drive with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway. The building contains 29 one-bedroom apartments and 13 two- bedroom apartments. Each apartment includes a kitchen, private balcony, and front doors open into a community hallway. The laundry facilities are located on the 9th floor next to the rooftop pool.

The renovations to this 60, 000 square foot building included the complete gutting of all 42 units and common areas. This includes wood grain tile flooring in all of the units and common areas, entirely new kitchens and bathrooms, granite countertops, all new plumbing and electric fixtures, modification from bathtubs to showers, addition of 2 ADA units, fire sprinklers and fire alarms throughout, pump room, door replacement, stairwell pressurization and exterior site work.
