A Florida traditional house located on the inter coastal waterways of Boca Raton, this residence blends modern luxury with traditional architecture. This fantastic house, which is directly on the water with magnificent views of the inter coastal waterways and Spanish River Par. This beautiful house had a complete facelift from inside to outside.

The rather basic, solid exterior elements are in contrast with the detailed interior. This was a complete gut job of the interior to include all new flooring, kitchen and bathrooms, plumbing, electric and air conditioning system. We were able to transform this house to include beautiful wood like porcelain flooring and a new luxurious kitchen that captures all of the beautiful exterior views.

The house opens to the outdoors, integrating with the boat dock and pool areas. There is a sense of down to earth “Island Feel”, which allows for a relaxed, yet refined lifestyle. This house has 90-feet of seawall and a 60-foot dock leading to a sitting platform, benches and boat dock, which are all located in the center of inter coastal waterways with spectacular views. This outdoor area lets you forget about your everyday worries and enjoy the outdoors with your loved ones the way it was supposed to be.
